Before joining Nakheel in April 2006, he was active in the Singapore property securitization and Reit market, bringing to market one of the largest property securitizations (the Raffles City Complex) and also one of the largest Reit IPOs (the Suntec City Complex), where he was also its CEO up to June 2005. |

Will Hean (WH) is development director (Middle East) for Kenmore Property Group. He joined Kenmore in Dubai in 2006. His responsibilities include the co-ordination of an acquisition and development programme of 3.8 million square feet of property across the Gulf with a gross developed value of $1.7 billion. He is also setting up a pan-GCC $500 million Bahrain-regulated property fund targeting local and international investors. |

He is mainly responsible for Pramericas European activities and has been in charge of setting up Pramerica offices in Europe. He lived in New York from 1980 to 1991, where he was involved in syndicating properties to German investors. |
