Results
The Euromoney Private Banking Survey is live.
The Euromoney Private Banking Survey is designed to capture what the wealth industry has historically struggled to measure: how clients genuinely experience their private bank.
By collecting independent, anonymised client feedback across products, solutions, services and relationships, the survey provides a clear view of performance rooted in real client sentiment.
A new lens on private banking performance
The survey delivers a structured way to understand:
- How clients rate your products and investment offering: from DPM and structured products to alternatives and wealth planning
- How clients experience your relationship managers, including advice quality and responsiveness
- How easy your private bank is to work with across onboarding, reporting, digital tools and fees
- Where your strengths and weaknesses lie relative to competitors
A shift in how excellence is assessed
The Euromoney Private Banking Survey introduces a meaningful evolution in our awards methodology.
For the first time, client feedback will form part of the Euromoney Private Banking Awards 2027 research process, alongside:
- Financial performance
- Qualitative submissions and interviews
- Euromoney analyst evaluation
Participation ensures alignment with how performance will be assessed in our Private Banking Awards going forward.
Designed for private banking clients
Built for UHNW, HNW and family office clients, the survey is designed to be frictionless for clients while delivering in-depth insights for management teams:
- A concise, 10-minute digital questionnaire
- Distributed via your relationship managers to active clients
- Completed via Euromoney’s secure platform, with results aggregated at bank level
- Available in 16 languages for global participation
This approach ensures high-quality, relevant feedback from genuine client relationships.
Insight you can act on
The survey provides insight that is both strategic and immediately actionable:
- Identify where your proposition resonates most strongly – and where it does not
- Refine product strategy and prioritise investment decisions
- Strengthen client engagement and market positioning using independently validated feedback
Meaningful benchmarking — and why participation matters
The survey enables consistent benchmarking across private bank products, solutions and services at a territory/country, regional and global level.
Importantly, clients are asked to evaluate all private banks they work with across relevant products and services.
This means that:
- Your bank may be rated by clients participating through other institutions
- Your capabilities may therefore be reflected in the dataset regardless of whether your institution participates
- Participation ensures you actively shape your positioning — rather than being assessed passively
Evidence beyond internal surveys
While many institutions already collect client feedback – including through Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys — the Euromoney survey provides:
- Independent validation
- Comparable benchmarking across peers across products, solutions, services, geographies and client segments
- Credibility with clients, prospects and the wider market
