Ongoing growth combined with focused product innovation and deeper digital integration shaped Banca Comerciala Romana’s performance through 2025.
Net assets rose 9.2% year-on-year and net profit increased by 20%, supported by steady gains in operating income and customer volumes. Lending activity broadened across segments, with total loans up 9.3%, while new production reached RON17.8 billion ($3.89 billion) in retail and RON16.1 billion in corporate lending, both advancing at double-digit rates.
In mortgage lending, the expansion of Casa Mea Natura – the bank’s green mortgage product for energy-efficient homes – shifted new origination towards energy-efficient housing, accounting for a clear majority of new volumes.
Digital capability was extended into more complex products.
