In 2024, the bank deepened its offering in payments, cash management and trade finance through sustained investment in platforms that extend sophisticated services across its client segments.
Digitalisation has driven reach and resilience. The bank’s integrated corporate banking platform, PrimusPlus, underwent further enhancements to support end-to-end digital onboarding. The platform offers a broad suite of services, including salary and vendor disbursements and collections management with real-time account visibility.
Debit transaction value rose from ₦345 trillion to ₦705 trillion year-on-year, while trade finance revenue grew nearly 14% during the review period.
