The first new recruit is Monica Conti, who joins from Merrill Lynch in London. She will move to Singapore to be a director focusing on central banks sales for fixed income and FX. Conti will report locally to Walter Fuchs, head of capital markets Asia, ex-Japan, and globally to Ricardo Zulliger, global head of FX and local markets sales.
Conti makes a start with Rob Coughlan, who comes from Deutsche Bank in Sydney and who is joining Dresdner as a director in hedge fund sales.
