A key part of this is the bank’s senior working capital advisory team, which engages directly with executive leadership – often at CEO and CFO level – to analyse liquidity structures, optimise cash conversion cycles and identify inefficiencies across payables and receivables. These discussions have led to concrete changes in how clients manage working capital, including restructuring receivables finance programmes, adopting supply chain finance (SCF) tools and reconfiguring treasury workflows to improve visibility and control.
