When Citi restructured its services business in Asia to create two clusters – North and South – few could have anticipated the power of the collaboration that would follow. At the centre of this transformation stand Kanika Thakur, head of Citi Services for Japan, Australia and Asia North, and Mridula Iyer, head of Asia South. Together, they have built a highly dynamic leadership partnership.  

“Clients could be a Chinese firm operating out of Singapore or an Indian corporate booking trade assets out of Hong Kong,” says Thakur.
