The extractive industries are the backbone of the bank’s operations, with mining-related exposure accounting for more than 30% of its total loan portfolio. In 2025, Rawbank was a lead participant in a $400 million syndication for phase two of the Kamoa–Kakula Copper Complex, a globally significant high-grade copper asset.
In terms of ecosystem enablement, Rawbank has been shifting from traditional lending towards a wider asset-enablement model, including leasing, sector-specific desks and digital interoperability to support a broader range of customer needs.
