The deal has been noted for its strategic significance, strong impact and innovative structure.
Strategically, the transaction marked a notable shift in VitaDairy’s banking operations, consolidating them under HSBC. This enabled the centralisation of treasury functions, which in turn supported the company’s rapid growth and expansion.
