Barclays Global Investors (BGI) has appointed Deborah Fuhr as global head of ETF Research and Implementation Strategy.
Fuhr is a leading research analyst covering the ETF market worldwide. She joins BGI from Morgan Stanley, where she spent the past 11 years focusing on the ETF market. In her new role she will work to lead BGI’s newly created ETF Research and Implementation Strategy team and will be responsible for producing analysis on the global ETF industry.
