Online derivatives specialist SuperDerivatives has appointed Russel Levi as its head of global sales. Levi was previously at Bloomberg, where he spent 19 years working his way up from sales representative to head of EMEA sales, before ending his career there as head of electronic trading, front office systems and messaging.
