Standard & Poor’s has bought software services company Imake Consulting and ABSXchange, a portal for structured finance data, analytics and modelling.

Standard & Poor’s has bought software services company Imake Consulting and ABSXchange, a portal for structured finance data, analytics and modelling.

Imake Consulting is a long-established company providing data, analytics and modelling software services since 1991. Its clients include the whole range of structured finance market participants.

ABSXchange is a relative newcomer. It was established by ex-S&P structured finance chief Kurt Sampson in November 2005 to allow a greater level of slicing and dicing of European deal data.
