(Chair) Professor Brian Cheffins (BC) is SJ Berwin professor of corporate law at the University of Cambridge.

Hugh Hendry (HH) is principal portfolio manager at Eclectica Asset Management and leads both the investment thinking and the research team. He has 17 years’ industry experience with a variety of firms.

Andrew Shrimpton (AS) is senior adviser in the regulatory compliance practice at Kinetic Partners. After more than 14 years in investment management, he worked for the Financial Services Authority, where he was the first head of hedge fund manager supervision.

William Claxton-Smith (WC-S) is head of corporate governance at Insight Investment.
