Since the launch of the Euromoney real estate poll in 2005, Jones Lang LaSalle had been a perennial in second place, but it has now ousted rival CB Richard Ellis. The Chicago-based firm placed first in six global advisory categories: advisory overall, agency/letting, corporate real estate services, research and property management.
