Its Real Estate Financial Services group has been moved into the investment bank in order to combine its real estate capital markets, financial services and investment banking groups.
Tom Wickwire, managing director and head of structured products in the fixed-income division of the investment bank, is overall head of the new business, which includes Real Estate Americas and Real Estate Asset Management.
Lawrence Gray and Robert Verrone are the co-heads of Real Estate Americas, which will cover domestic real estate areas including CMBS, structured finance, corporate banking, and CDO sales and trading.
