We don’t like to blow our own trumpet but… Euromoney trashed the competition and emerged as undefeated champions in the viciously fought mixed netball tournament hosted by Associated Newspapers, the sister company of Euromoney Institutional Investor within the DMGT publishing group.
The team of four men and four women, including Euromoney magazine’s Sarah Minns, Thea Hatfield and Abigail Fells, crushed their rivals from the London Evening Standard newspaper, the previous winners and tournament favourites, in a tense and sometimes rough final that ended with a close score of 14 goals to 12.
