Citigroup Global Wealth Management has named Alexander van Tienhoven , most recently head of the private bank in Mexico and Northern Latin America, president of the private bank for Latin America. The 20-year Citi veteran, who replaces Frances Aldrich Sevilla-Sacasa , will be in charge of management and strategic oversight of the private bank in the region and will retain prior responsibilities, said Alexander Samuelson , head of public relations.
