Cash management 2001: Top two dominate as treasurers vote on best providers


Euromoney polled treasurers and financial officers at 1,250 non-financial corporates in 44 countries. We received 129 replies.

Respondents were asked :

1. Which bank now provided the best three cash management services overall, on a 4:3:2 scoring scale.

2. To rate services provided by their lead ICM on a sliding scale of 1=excellent; 2=good; 3=”neither good nor bad” – shown here as “OK”; 4=poor; 5=very poor). The mode score for each category was then taken, ie, a mode score of 1 was graded as “Excellent”, a mode of 2 as “Good”, and so on.
