Cygnifi is a private, independent company spun off from JP Morgan. JP Morgan has a minority interest (less than 50%). Other strategic investors include NumeriX, Sybase, Bridge, and Gamma Investors Imagine Software was started in 1993 by four partners. The first release of the Imagine Trading System came later that year. Deutsche Bank Group is parent company of DB RiskOffice. SunGard Treasury Systems is an operating unit of SunGard, a global leader in integrated IT solutions and eProcessing for financial services. FinCad is privately held. NetRisk is a private company owned by its founders and employees.   Measurisk is privately owned. The investors are Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Bank of Bermuda, XL Capital.

10 How long has the product been commercially available? Algo Suite 3.0 for ASP available since July 2000. Earlier versions for strictly a client-server environment date back to 1994.Algo Suite 4.0 will be generally available in March 2001. Product is currently being deployed to several clients. The Imagine Trading System first released in 1993. Additional modules have been released yearly. In 2000, Imagine Software launched www.derivatives.com Since 1995 eTreasury was announced in May 1999. First sale was to Philip Morris in September 1999. Software toolkit products: fincad XL eight years and fincad Developer six years.The Perfect Hedge (end user FAS 133 Service) since November. The product has been commercially available since October 2000. RiskOps was initially released in December 1998, and announced its first customer in February 1999. The full-fledged service is two months old.
