Alessandro Farkuh is the head of M&A at Bradesco BBI, having joined the bank in November 2007. Before joining Bradesco BBI, Farkuh worked at Cicerone Capital, PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance and Exxel Fund.
Farkuh says Bradesco BBI’s approach to M&A is different to other investment banks. “We do transactions from less than R$50 million to R$50 billion. It’s a different way to position ourselves. We want to develop a long-term relationship and sometimes we need to be in some transactions that are not so glamorous but these are seed transactions.
