BNP Paribas’ global head of FX options leaves

Simon Nursey left BNP yesterday, after serving as global head of options trading since March 2008, having previously run the bank’s Asian options business, as well as being global head of its complex risk group. It is believed that BNP has appointed Asa Attwell and John Spriggs as the new global heads of FX options trading. Attwell has been promoted to global head of G10 Options, while Spriggs has been promoted to head of Local Market Options. BNP declined to comment.
