BNP Paribas loses head of US real-money FX sales, Sheppard

Lincoln Sheppard, head of real-money FX sales at BNP Paribas in New York, left the firm last week, according to two people familiar with the situation.

Sheppard joined BNP in September last year after spending a decade at Barclays Capital, based in Boston and New York.

His departure follows the resignation in May of Doris Chauvancy, who worked in FX hedge fund sales at BNP. She joined Wells Fargo in New York after less than a year at BNP.

A spokesperson at BNP declined to comment about the departures.
