Financial technology sight Finextra has published an article revealing that Citi “is looking to hire an attorney to provide legal oversight for its social media activities”.
Is that a warning that we have to be more careful when tweeting about Citi? Actually, it’s nothing of the sort. It’s just another instance of a corporation seeing business opportunities in social media sites originally meant for individuals.
