Formue’s recent strategy has centred on making its advisory model more scalable without making it less personal. The firm has pushed a hybrid approach in which affluent clients still receive high-touch guidance from advisers, but much more of the planning, portfolio design and documentation process is handled through an integrated digital platform.
This model has translated into tangible momentum. From 2024 into the first half of 2025, assets grew by 15%, helped by strong portfolio performance and roughly 1,000 new clients, while margins remained stable in a competitive market.
