The Association Cambiste International, formerly known as the Forex Association in the UK, has elected Manfred Wiebogen as its president. Wiebogen is head of CEE treasuries at Volksbank Austria.
Wiebogen has a long history of promoting the ACI. His roles have included being a founding member and member of the German language board; working to reform the ACI education programme; regional executive for Germany, Switzerland and Austria; chairman of the international ACI dealer seminar in Davos 2002; and interim treasurer of the ACI.
