A standout development in 2024 was the launch and rapid expansion of ScotiaStore, a fully digital contracting platform that enabled 100% online product enrolment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and wholesale clients. By reducing activation times to minutes, it significantly improved administrative efficiency and client experience. Within a year, 83% of mass payment contracts and 86% of Comex bookings were processed digitally.
