Twelve months later, both observations need upgrading themselves.
The analysts
The companion has become an agent. The leading private banks no longer merely equip their staff with tools that answer questions; they deploy multi-agent systems that complete entire workflows – parsing documents, drafting compliance memos, screening names, nudging payments – with humans supervising rather than typing.
