Central to its performance has been a decisive push into digital banking. The Smart IZI ecosystem anchors this effort, helping the bank reach more than one million mobile customers by November 2025. Digital engagement is now deeply embedded, with three quarters of customers using digital services monthly and all routine top-ups executed through digital channels.
