QNB Bank’s Digital Bridge platform has further developed its “digital first” mantra for entrepreneurs across Central and Eastern Europe. By the end of 2024, the programme had attracted almost 29,000 new SME customers and lifted active usage to above 100,000 firms, while driving activity rates above two thirds and paying back its annual cost within four months – a demonstration of strategy translated into profit and scale.
The 2024 revamp made Digital Bridge the default channel for every corporate relationship, bundling banking, e-transformation and e-commerce into one hub.
