Megacentro continued to strengthen Peru’s logistics real estate market during the review period by expanding its portfolio of Class A facilities.
A key development was the expansion of the Industriales Sur hub in Lima. Megacentro added 40,000 sqm of Class A warehouse space and began construction on an additional 42,000 sqm, positioning Industriales Sur as the largest logistics complex in the city. This expansion responded to growing demand driven by e-commerce and regional distribution requirements.
The company advanced digital integration by rolling out SAP-based property management and tenant service systems
Class A facilities offer operational benefits such as optimised layouts, higher load capacities and advanced safety systems, which help reduce handling times and support tenant scalability.
