In late 2024, the firm addressed supply constraints by reconverting obsolete industrial assets into last-mile logistics hubs. Using geo-scan photogrammetry, Cushman & Wakefield mapped metropolitan Buenos Aires to identify underutilised factories within strategic delivery areas. This initiative unlocked logistics capacity without the delays and expense of new builds, supporting e-commerce growth and improving distribution networks. A flagship case completed in January 2025 repurposed 21,000 sqm of land and 13,000 sqm of existing structures into a hybrid logistics and mixed-use complex, maximising site value and sustainability.
