Rui Correia is currently Chief Executive Officer for ACI FMA, having the global responsibility to manage the Association from January 2025 onwards. He is also Chair of the Board of Education for ACI FMA since August 2018. Rui spent the first 25 years of his career working in dealing rooms, having had roles in trading, structuring and sales in internationally recognised financial institutions, in London, Madrid and Lisbon. From 2014 onwards, Rui became a Certified Trainer in financial markets, working primarily on the delivery of MiFID II related training to several market participants in Iberia. With a Master in Finance, Rui believes that education is absolutely key for the development of all professionals working in the industry, both to develop their skills and knowledge on the markets and its products, but also to enhance the good practices which are essential for the sound functioning of financial markets.

Adam Farkas is the Chief Executive Officer of AFME. He joined the Association in February 2020 and is responsible for shaping its overall strategy, leading the formulation of policy positions of the industry on European regulatory issues, and managing AFME’s daily operations. Adam also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Financial Markets Association (GFMA) from 2022 to 2025, coordinating industry views on key global regulatory issues. Adam also sits on the Board of TheCityUK, an industry-led body representing UK-based financial and related professional services. He also serves as a member of the Global Markets Advisory Committee of the US Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Before joining AFME, Adam was the Executive Director of the European Banking Authority (EBA) from April 2011 until the end of January 2020 where he managed the organisation’s daily operations and led the implementation of its regulatory work programme. Between 2011 and 2019, he represented the EBA on the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision.

Bryan Pascoe took over the role of Chief Executive of the International Capital Market Association in September 2021, assuming responsibility for leading ICMA’s work with its global membership of over 620 entities representing all constituent participants across all regions in the international debt capital markets. The primary mission of ICMA is to promote resilient, well-functioning and globally coherent fixed income markets through both effective regulatory advocacy and the advancement of best practice. Prior to joining ICMA Bryan built up almost 30 years of experience across investment and corporate banking, global markets businesses and bank treasury functions in London, Hong Kong and the Middle East. Most of his previous career was spent at HSBC where he held high profile and large-scale leadership positions across both prominent front-line business areas and critical functions including Global Head of Debt Capital Markets, and Group Treasurer and Head of Asset, Liability and Capital Management through times of considerable market development, challenge and disruption.

Ina Budh-Raja joined ISLA in December 2025 as Chief Executive Officer responsible for the development of ISLA’s growth strategy and overseeing its core activities to help build a more transparent, efficient, resilient and reputationally robust foundation for the market. Prior to ISLA, Ina spent 7 years at BNY, across a number of roles including Global Head of Securities Finance Regulatory Strategy, Public Policy & Industry Affairs, where she was responsible for leading the business’ efforts to identify new opportunities in a changing regulatory environment. Prior to BNY, Ina held both commercial and legal roles across the industry over 20 years, including as managing counsel for securities finance at State Street and Deutsche Bank, covering the agency lending, principal lending, equity finance and money markets desks. Ina is a qualified lawyer with an active practicing certificate (Law Society of England & Wales) and is also a member of the Bank of England Money Markets and Securities Lending Committees and is Co-Chair of the Bank of England UK Money Markets Code Sub-Committee. Ina was a Director on the ISLA Board from 2019-2022 and was subsequently appointed as Chair of the Board of ISLA from 2022-2025, during which time the organisation grew significantly, with Ina playing a considerable role in the establishment of ISLA’s affiliate, ISLA Americas. She also championed the launch of ISLA’s future talent initiative, ISLA Connects. As well as being ISLA’s first female Chair and CEO, Ina is co-lead of the London chapter of Women in Securities Finance.

Julia Streets MBE is the Founder & CEO of Streets Consulting, the business development, marketing and communications consultancy. She and her team advise a wide range of financial services and technology startups and scaleups, global organisations, key industry bodies and industry associations. They are particularly proud that most of their work is from recommendations and referrals by boards and investors, industry influencers, media and existing clients. Prior to becoming a founder & CEO, Julia was global head of communications at NYSE Technologies, serving on the Executive Committee and European head of marketing and sales development at Instinet Europe. A certified transformational leadership coach, she works with senior executives and is an advisor, mentor and investor. She is called upon to chair many of the world’s leading conferences drawing not only on her industry experience, but also on her skills as a speaker, host and sell-out stand up comedian. Julia has received many awards and accolades including being listed as one of Brummell Magazine’s 30 Women on Boards, 30 Female Entrepreneurs, and 30 Women of Influence. She is one of the Global Diversity List’s 20 global champions and is regularly called out as a trailblazer and changemaker. Julia is a founding member of the PowerWomen Network and a fellow of the British American Project. Julia was awarded an MBE in HM The King’s 2025 Birthday Honours list for Services to Diversity and Inclusion in Entrepreneurship, particularly in the Financial Services and Technology Sectors.

Nandini Sukumar is the Chief Executive Officer of the World Federation of Exchanges, the global association for exchanges and CCPs. The WFE represents more than 250 exchanges and clearing houses globally, educating stakeholders on the vital role played by market infrastructures in the real economy and as a standard setter, finding the consensus on issues among the global membership. Of our members, 37% are in Asia-Pacific, 43% in EMEA and 20% in the Americas. WFE’s 87 member CCPs and clearing services collectively ensure that risk takers post some $1.1 trillion (equivalent) of resources to back their positions, in the form of initial margin and default fund requirements. WFE exchanges, together with other exchanges feeding into our database, are home to over 49,054 listed companies, and the market capitalisation of these entities is $116.58 trillion; around $155 trillion (EOB) in trading annually passes through WFE members (at end 2024). Ms. Sukumar is Vice Chair of IOSCO’s Affiliate Members Consultative Committee and Chair of the AMCC’s Sustainability Taskforce.
