Halyk Bank has been named the best transaction bank in Kazakhstan this year, in recognition of its strong financial performance, expanding customer base, strategic and digital innovations, and growing geographic footprint.
The bank reported a robust 39% year-on-year increase in net interest income, while income from fees and commissions rose by 5.8%. Online payment volumes also experienced healthy growth, increasing by 16.2%. In the area of trade finance, the bank achieved a strong year-on-year rise in its guarantees and letters of credit portfolios.
