BoursoBank’s recent digital advances show a clear strategy: move every high-value service onto a fast, self-service platform.
An example of this was the bank’s release of its People’s Savings account that can be opened, funded and managed exclusively on a smartphone. By removing branch visits and paperwork, BoursoBank turned a traditionally manual, means-tested product into a two-minute, tap-to-sign process that gives eligible customers instant visibility of their 4% net rate and same-day access to funds.
These retail upgrades were matched on the wealth management side with the launch of BoursoFirst, a private banking bundle delivered exclusively online. Affluent users subscribe online in four clicks and unlock a suite of private banking tools without ever meeting an adviser face to face. The centrepiece is a Lombard loan that accepts life-insurance, Plans d’Epargne en Action or securities portfolios as collateral and delivers borrowing power up to €2 million entirely through electronic contracts and automated eligibility checks. Alongside it sit higher yield term deposits and tailor-made structured products, all made available via the BoursoBank app.

The investing experience has also been re-engineered. A redesigned mobile interface now streams Euronext prices in real time to every customer, while extended trading hours allow users to send orders until 10pm.
Digital convenience also reaches everyday spending. The Corner cashback hub lives inside the secure banking system and combines a search engine, favourites list, instant voucher purchase and a real-time savings counter across more than140 partner brands. Because payments are processed in-app, customers can move from deal discovery to checkout in under a minute, tracking each euro saved alongside their current account balance.
