Those who know him might not believe it. Antony Currie, our US editor, actually managed to complete a marathon.
He ran in Chicago on October 12 and finished in exactly five hours. That was slower than hoped for, but according to one source in New York he should be happy just to finish: “You should have seen him after his first training run just before Easter. He ran a mile, stopped three times, and then couldn’t walk for three days.”
