He has more than 30 years’ experience in treasury across industries including shipping, advertising, financial services, television, information systems and the dairy industry. Jörg Bermüller (JB), is head of cash and risk management at Merck. He worked 11 years for HypoVereinsbank and DZ Bank in the foreign trade, credit and corporate relationship business. Before joining Merck in 2008 he was head of corporate finance at Schott and head of treasury for DyStar. He graduated at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and is a member of the German Treasurer Association. |

Simon Chatterton (SC) is head of UK liability product for Barclays Corporate, a position he has held since the beginning of 2011. He previously held roles across the Barclays Group in branches, custody, strategy and most recently the group’s treasury, where he had responsibility for the governance and control of the bank’s liquidity. |
