Elmer worked as a G10 fx strategist in New York City and is in the process of relocating to Singapore. He will continue to report to Steven Englander, global head of G10 fx strategy in New York. A replacement for Elmer in New York has not been named. Elmer and Englander were unavailable for comment. A Citi spokesman confirmed the move.
