The Cash Management Survey and its awards are divided into quantitative and qualitative sections. For the 2017 survey and future surveys we have standardised the way we award winners across these sections. 

In the qualitative portion of the survey clients are asked to assess quality of service delivered by their providers. The providers receiving top assessments globally, by region, by country and within several categories and provisions of service earn a Best Service award.
