Paula Fry, Global Head of Sellside Liquidity Fixed Income and FX Trading Sales manages a team of sales relationship managers at Bloomberg in the Electronic Trading group. Her team look after the providers of liquidity, both in fixed income and foreign exchange that span across all the Bloomberg trading platforms. She has also co-headed the Bloomberg Women’s Community for EMEA, using this platform to highlight perimenopause in the city and the importance of speaking out about its effects on women’s lives and careers. She has a passion for D&I and female mentoring. Prior to joining Bloomberg 10 years ago, Paula, who now has had a near 30-year career in the city, was an FX trader at Goldman Sachs for 14 years and has worked in various eFX sales roles in London.

Eric joined AXA Investment Managers in December 2024 as Head of Electronic Trading and Data, where he oversees electronic trading strategy cross asset and data-driven initiatives to optimize trading performance. Prior to AXA IM, Eric spent over 15 years at Groupama Asset Management, serving as Deputy Head of Trading before becoming Global Head of Trading in 2018. Earlier in his career, Eric was Head of Trading at Étoile Gestion and held portfolio management roles within Deutsche Bank Group. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Engineering from ISC Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from CY University and is CIIA certified from SFAF

Guy began his career in 1998 providing technology solutions to Lloyds Insurance market. He joined Bloomberg in 2002, where he held a number of sales and management roles, culminating in responsibility for Bloomberg’s popular FX product in Europe. In 2008 he joined Morgan Stanley, where he managed eDistribution for FX and Emerging Markets in EMEA. He has extensive practical experience in managing an electronic foreign exchange business, specialising in TCA and algorithmic execution. In 2016 he launched FairXchange, bringing clarity and transparency to execution performance through the provision of independent data.

Nicolas Jégou has been CEO of Euronext FX since 2023, leading the New York-based ECN specializing in Spot FX, Precious Metals, and NDFs trading. In 2025, Euronext FX reached, for the first time, an average daily volume exceeding $30 billion. Prior to this role, he spent two years as Chief of Staff to Stéphane Boujnah, CEO of the Euronext group. Before joining Euronext, Nicolas held public positions focused on European economic affairs at the Executive Office of the President of France, the European Commission, and the French Ministry of Finance. He holds master’s degrees in economics and statistics from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE.

Simon has worked in the Foreign Exchange Market for over 25years. He is currently the Head of FX Product and Liquidity at the London Stock Exchange Group, where he leads product innovation, liquidity strategy, FX analytics, and business development. He previously held related roles at Deutsche Borse Group, Citigroup where he ran FX Electronic Trading and his own consultancy, PierrepointFX, which focused on delivering eFX solutions for Banks and Buyside. He holds a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Leeds.

Paul Lambert is the Chief Executive Officer of NCFX, bringing a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the role. Paul began his distinguished career at the Bank of England before transitioning to the private sector as a foreign exchange strategist for UBS and Citibank, where he ultimately served as European Head of FX Strategy. On the buy-side, Paul joined DeAM and rose to the position of Global Head of Currency. He continued to hold prominent leadership roles at UBS Asset Management and Insight Investment. Demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit, Paul founded and successfully led a global macro hedge fund for Polar Capital. With his extensive background in both the public and private sectors, Paul is ideally suited to lead NCFX, a company dedicated to promoting fairness and efficiency in the foreign exchange market.

Jean-Philippe (JP) Malé is the CEO of SGX FX, the global OTC FX business of Singapore Exchange (SGX Group). He leads a global team across more than 10 cities, delivering best-in-class end-to-end FX technology and workflow solutions for buy-side and sell-side clients worldwide, alongside an FX ECN anchored in Singapore. JP was formerly the CEO and Co-Founder of BidFX, a buy-side OTC FX platform acquired by SGX Group in 2020. With over 20 years of experience in financial technology, JP has held senior roles at TradingScreen, including Global Head of Products in London and New York and Regional Manager for EMEA. He was instrumental in launching TradingScreen’s multi-asset EMS and FX EMS as well as Galaxy, its MTF focused on the European bond market.

Stéphane has 30 years experience in banking and is a board member and independent advisor for technology companies in the Financial Markets space and worked with advocacy groups, policymakers, and regulators to follow market structure and industry challenges impacting the financial market industry. Stéphane was a board member of ICMA (Global Fixed Income market association) and chairman of the board of ACI FMA (FX and Money Market association present in 60 countries). He was also a board member of several Fintech companies since 2016. Stéphane has also been a member of the public/private sector GFXC (Global FX Committee) and the ECB FX Contact Group working on the FX Global Code and has co-chaired the GFXC Algo and TCA sub-group looking at the 3-years review of the FX Code. Stéphane has a strong banking experience after fulfilling different leading position at JPMorgan, Societe Generale and at ING Bank in London, New York, Paris and Amsterdam. Stéphane joined ING in 2015 to lead the bank e-commerce initiatives across all financial market products and to develop the financial market group’s cross-asset eCommerce strategy. He then lead ING Financial Market innovation strategy and working on market structure regulations that will impact the clients trading activity and transform how trading floor operates. Before joining ING, Stephane spent eight years at Société Générale, where he was Global Head of FIC eCommerce, creating an eCommerce business covering credit, rates, money market, emerging market and FX. Prior to this, Stéphane worked at JPMorgan Chase for ten years, serving in different roles in Global FX E-Commerce Business Management and cross-asset eCommerce technology and was based in London and New York.

Jay Moore is the Global Head of Swaps & Derivatives Products at LMAX Group, where he leads the development of cross-platform solutions to enhance FX execution between the buy- and sell-side. His work focuses on solving the complex challenges institutional market participants face—delivering optimal execution results through modern, workflow-integrated technology. Jay’s leadership is anchored in a market-defining innovation he pioneered at FX HedgePool: credit intermediation. This model enables participants to separate liquidity from credit—originally conceived to support peer-to-peer FX swap matching—and has since evolved into a transformative approach to institutional FX trading. It unlocks broader access to liquidity while allowing participants to book and settle trades using their existing bilateral credit lines. Prior to LMAX’s acquisition of FX HedgePool in 2024, Jay served as the company’s CEO. Before co-founding FX HedgePool in 2019, he spent two decades building FX risk management products at Brown Brothers Harriman and State Street. There, he pioneered passive FX hedging services and drove enhancements in FX market structure—introducing innovations in agency execution, forward TCA, and performance attribution that are now widely regarded as industry standards.

Mauricio Sada-Paz is Global Head of eFICC Sales at Bank of America, based in London. He leads the execution of the eFICC strategy across Credit, Foreign Exchange and Rates. Mauricio re-joined Bank of America in September 2021 with over 26 years of markets experience. Prior to this role, he spent three years at Barclays as Global Head of eFICC Product and Distribution after having spent eight years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Global Head of eFX Sales and Head of eFICC Sales for EMEA. Previously, he spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs, initially as a FICC Sales Trader before moving to FX Sales. Mauricio graduated from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University where he received a BS in International Economics. He represents Bank of America on the board of the Financial Markets Standards Board “FMSB”.

Her responsibilities encompass the strategic management of the group’s centralized cash position, FX and IR exposures, short-term debt, financial structuring of key projects, and the optimization of pension fund strategies. She joined TotalEnergies’ Treasury department in 2020. Sylvie’s 15-year career covers diverse corporate Front Office functions within FX, IR, Energy, and Metals markets. She has worked in several major French companies across different sectors, including Imerys, ArcelorMittal, and Decathlon. Her progression at TotalEnergies includes her previous role as Senior Interest Rates Trader. Member of the European Central Bank’s Foreign Exchange Contact Group (FXCG), Sylvie holds a master’s degree in economics and financial engineering from Paris Dauphine University.

Carolina Trujillo is the Head of e-FX Distribution at SEB, where she leads the global electronic distribution of foreign exchange products, including algorithmic trading solutions. Based in Stockholm, she brings a wealth of international experience to her role. Before joining SEB, Carolina held positions at EBS/ICAP in both London and New York. As Head of Sales for Latin America, she was instrumental in expanding the regional client base and advancing the development of the NDF product on the EBS platform. She holds a Masters Degree in Technology management from Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM). With deep expertise in the electronic FX market, Carolina Trujillo serves on the board of ACI Sweden and is a member of the European Central Bank Foreign Exchange Contact Group.
