Ecobank has demonstrated substantial financial growth and stability in 2024, positioning it as Ivory Coast’s best bank.
An increase in total assets to CFAFr2,514 billion ($4.5 billion) reflects a year-on-year growth of 23%, signifying a robust expansion from CFAFr2,037 billion in 2023. This asset growth indicates the bank’s increased capacity in handling larger volumes of business and solidifying its market presence.
On the lending front, Ecobank exhibited significant progress, with customer loans reaching CFAFr1,536 billion in 2024, rising by 17% from CFAFr1,307 billion in 2023.
