We heard that Jeremy Adam joined Lloyds last Monday as a director in the structuring team and Lloyds have confirmed that this is indeed the case.
Adam comes over from Barclays where he provided FX structuring to FTSE250 and UK mid-market companies.
Lloyds tell us they have also appointed Phil McCabe as head of client structuring, reporting to Patrick Shone, head of structuring. McCabe joins from RBS where he was head of rates products structuring; he was also a visiting lecturer in mathematics at the University of Nottingham.
