You can claim back VAT directly from the UK Tax Authority (HMRC) by completing the following form.
For European clients, please refer to form VAT 65.
All other clients, please refer to form VAT 65A.

David EdelmanAs the proud author of 4 books, including the best-selling Credit Scoring and its Applications, I combine my extensive experience in retail banking with my academic background to help others overcome the unique challenges in this field through articles, books, and of course training courses.
BiographyThe course instructor took degrees in Statistics from Glasgow and Harvard and then embarked on an academic career. After four years, he changed direction and moved into retail banking and specifically retail lending. He gained extensive experience in credit scoring and management information through 6 years at Bank of Scotland, now part of Lloyds Banking Group, and 11 years at RBS – working on a range of products and processes and in a variety of roles: process reengineering, small business lending, and direct consumer lending - culminating in a Risk Director role. For the past nine years, he has been operating as a consultant and trainer, working for retail lenders – local, national, and multi-national - and credit reference agencies, providing support on their operational and business strategies and their implementation, and also helping them to fight through the tangle of regulation and legislation. The instructor has published more than 30 articles in professional journals and industry publications, and has helped to write or produce four books, including the “best-selling” Credit Scoring and its Applications.
