However, at 60 Wall Street, Deutsche Bank's building, the security checks these days are even more rigorous. Not only is it necessary to offer photo ID to get access; now visitors are asked to show a debit or credit card as well.
Is Deutsche looking to assess the net worth of potential clients by the type of plastic they proffer?
Or perhaps it is just targeting journalists. After all, they are not to be trusted and never have any money. It's probably best before they enter to check they have enough cash to provide their own pens and notebooks and aren't going to steal anything.
