In the past 12 months SBC has lead-managed 201 Euro/global public issues, giving it one of the largest volumes in the business – a weighted volume (taking account of joint books) of $38.5 billion. Size aside, the bank has also done extremely well at bringing a diversity of credits to the market in a variety of currencies. The credit spectrum ranged from AAA down to several unrated transactions and issues in 14 currencies were underwritten, with particular emphasis on Europe.
