- Cancelled loans are included provided that the loan agreement has been signed and fees have been paid
- Includes amendments which require 100% lender approval and incorporate changes to amount, maturity or pricing
- Excludes deals for undisclosed borrowers, bilaterals and private placements and technical amendments and waivers
- Mandated Arranger status is assigned to banks awarded the mandate by the borrower
