Credit Suisse Americas eFX sales co-head leaves bank

The restructuring of the Credit Suisse FX team continues as the eFX Americas sales co-head leaves the bank, according to sources with knowledge of the matter.

Zachary Felshman joined Credit Suisse in July 2009 and was based in New York. He previously worked for Barclays Capital as the head of FX sales/trading for North America from October 1997 to October 2007 and then at RBS Greenwich Capital from October 2007 as head of eFX sales for North America.

Felshman's co-head of eFX sales for the Americas at Credit Suisse is Paul Buckley, who remains on the eFX sales team.

Felshman's departure from the Swiss bank comes as part of a wide-ranging restructuring of its FX team.

In November, Credit Suisse cut seven peoplefrom its FX and fixed-income teams in Asia, as Marc Dray, Raymond To, Tania Goh, Nande Khim, Sari Chandra, Mary Coe and Nirav Kandorda all left the bank.

Then, Andy DePhillips, who was Credit Suisse's director of institutional FX sales in New York for 10 years, left the bank this monthto join BNP Paribas to cover institutional FX sales.
