Mary joined Euromoney in November 2005 as the PA to Managing director, Simon Brady. Since her addition to the Euromoney team she has been the adminstrator for our publication and assisted the editorial and sales team in various projects. However, her main contribution to the magazine has been her valiant attempts in trying to manage the whereabouts of Mr. Brady.
Before coming to Euromoney, Mary worked as a cocktail waitress in her hometown, San Diego, California (See her favourite cocktail below). With no intentions of leaving London anytime soon, she very much enjoys complaining about UK weather and a good plate of beans on toast (with brown sauce of course).
Patron Berry Medley
1 1/2 oz Patron Silver
3/4 oz Chambord
1 oz Fresh Sweet & Sour
1 oz Pinapple juice
3 Fresh raspberries
Float of Peach Schnapps
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over ice. Garnish with pinapple and one fresh raspberry.
