Finance ministry again sells T-bills above planned on higher demand. The finance ministry announced that it sold the total amount of HRK 2.76bn (EUR 383.4mn) T-bills at the latest auction, which was above the planned amount of HRK 2.3bn T-bills due to very high demand. Investors bid mainly for one-year T-bills, offering HRK 2.46bn, while the bids for six-month T-bills were HRK 300mn. The average yield on one-year T-bills was 7.95% %, up by 0.95pps as compared with the auction, held on Oct 21. Meantime, the yield on six-month T-bills was 7.0%, up by 0.75pps. The ministry plans to hold the next auction on Dec 16. The stock of the short-term government debt after the auction amounted to HRK 14.2bn.
