Several companies reportedly mull going public soon. Following the first initial public offering (IPO) of a private company on the bourse, several other private firms are considering using this instrument for securing fresh financial resources, the head of Advantis Broker Branko Kecman stated in an interview for local media. The businessman refused to reveal the names of the companies. He noted the successful listing of Banja Luka-based importer and distributor of frozen seafood and vegetables Fratello Trade, which among other resulted in some revival of the stagnating capital market. We note that the lenders have tightened credit conditions because of the global financial crisis.
