Sinpas REIT unveils pre-sales figures for 3 real estate projects. Sinpas Real Estate Investment Trust unveils pre-sales figures for the ongoing three residential projects, namely Bosphorus City , Lagun and Ottomanors. In the filing with the Istanbul Stock Exchange, the company informs that it raised TRY 269.2mn from the pre-sales of 871 units in the Bosphours City development, TRY 172.4mn from 329 units in Lagun and TRY 83.1mn from the pre-sales of 386 units in the Ottomanors project. Sinpas REIT recorded a total of TRY 524.7mn (EUR 295mn) from the pre-sales.
